Graduates with Disabilities/Specific Learning Differences

If you are a graduate with a disability/specific learning differences seeking valuable work experience the AHEAD WAM (Willing Able Mentoring) Programme may be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

Applications are being sought for placements available on the ESB Disability Traineeship programme in administrative, research and data analysis roles. ESB Electric Ireland typically seeks graduates with qualifications from the following disciplines:

  • Business
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Accounting
  • Human Resources


Locations: Dublin, Cork, Portlaoise, Galway & Waterford.


Work placements are paid, mentored and for six months. Applicants must have as a minimum, a relevant educational qualification equivalent to NFQ Level 6 (Higher/Advanced Cert).

Candidates interested in making an application will need to complete a WAM Application form and return it along with an up-to-date CV to AHEAD.
